Returns, withdrawal and faulty products
Before dispatch
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel an order. If it has already been dispatched, your applicable withdrawal rights remain available.
14-day right of withdrawal
Consumers buying at a distance may normally withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods. For goods from one order delivered separately, the period starts on receipt of the last item. Send an unambiguous statement to office@attex.gr before the deadline. Prior approval is not required to exercise the right. Business purchases do not automatically carry the same statutory withdrawal right.
Send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days after notifying us. Please contact us for transport instructions, particularly for large equipment or lithium batteries. The return address is ATTEX / PLAYORA, Leof. Vouliagmenis 600, 16452 Argyroupoli, Attica, Greece.
Condition and return costs
You may inspect the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Handling beyond that may result in a deduction for diminished value. Opening ordinary packaging alone does not automatically remove the withdrawal right. Return the product with its supplied components and protect it during transport; original packaging is helpful where available. Do not ship a damaged battery without agreed safe transport instructions.
For a change-of-mind withdrawal, you bear the direct return cost if this was disclosed before purchase. Where goods cannot normally be returned by post, we will provide the applicable return-cost information before the order. Free outbound delivery does not automatically include free return transport. Statutory exceptions apply only when their legal conditions are met, for example genuinely personalised goods or sealed hygiene goods unsuitable for return once unsealed.
Refunds
We refund amounts due, including the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of being informed of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until the goods are received or you provide evidence of dispatch, whichever is earlier. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without a fee. Extra charges for a premium delivery option need not be refunded.
Faults, damage or incorrect items
Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. Consumer goods carry the applicable legal conformity guarantee, generally at least two years from delivery. Where the legal conditions are met, repair or replacement is free, including necessary transport; price reduction or termination may be available where appropriate. A manufacturer's commercial warranty does not replace these rights. Prompt reporting and photographs help investigation, but an arbitrary 24-hour or 5-day cutoff does not remove statutory rights.
Choosing a remedy
For lack of conformity, you may choose repair or replacement, unless the chosen remedy is impossible or disproportionate under the law. It must be free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. If the statutory conditions are met, you may obtain a price reduction or end the contract. Under Greek law, for contracts concluded from 31 July 2026, choosing repair gives a three-year limitation period for the buyer’s rights relating to movable goods. We explain this choice and its effect before providing the remedy. This is distinct from any manufacturer’s commercial warranty.
