Your personal data rights
PLAYORA is operated by ATTECH MONOPROSOPI IKE, the controller of personal data collected through playora.gr. The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 gives you rights over your personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains the processing purposes and legal bases.
What you can request
- Confirmation of processing and access to your data.
- Correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Erasure or restriction where the legal conditions are met.
- Portability of data processed automatically on the basis of consent or a contract.
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interests and, at any time, to direct marketing.
- Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
How to exercise your rights
Email office@attex.gr with the subject “PLAYORA — personal data request”. Describe the right you wish to exercise and the account or interaction concerned. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.
We normally respond within one month. For complex or numerous requests, the period may be extended by up to two further months; we will explain the extension within the first month. Requests are generally free. A reasonable fee or refusal is possible only where permitted by the GDPR, for example for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.
Limits and complaints
Erasure does not require deletion of records we must retain by law or need for legal claims. You may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or the competent supervisory authority in your place of residence, work or the alleged infringement.
No special wording or email subject is required to exercise your rights. We respond without undue delay and in any event within one calendar month of receipt, subject to the lawful extension described above. We request additional identification only where reasonably necessary and proportionate. Where Article 22 GDPR applies, you also have rights concerning decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
