Free delivery within Greece for orders with a product total above €500, including VAT and after discounts. The offer covers delivery within Greece, including the islands.
Delivery charges
For orders up to and including €500, the charge depends on the products, their weight and dimensions, and the destination. We communicate the total delivery charge before you confirm an order. There is no single fixed tariff. Delivery outside Greece, including Cyprus, is quoted separately and is not covered by the free-delivery offer.
Dispatch and delivery time
Availability, the dispatch date and the estimated delivery time are confirmed for each order. Bulky equipment and products containing lithium batteries may require a suitable carrier and special transport arrangements. We will inform you of any change affecting the agreed delivery.
Receiving your order
Please check the parcel and report visible damage or missing items promptly, with photographs where possible. This helps us resolve transport problems and does not limit your statutory rights. The risk of loss or damage normally passes to you when you or your nominated recipient takes physical possession.
