playora.gr is operated by ATTEX MONOPROSOPI I.K.E. and presents water-sports equipment, underwater scooters, pool equipment and related accessories.
Catalogue and enquiries
The website currently operates as a catalogue; online checkout is not enabled. A product listing, availability alert or enquiry does not itself form a purchase contract. Before you commit to a purchase, we confirm the exact model and package, availability, total price, delivery costs, payment arrangements and delivery time. Keep the written confirmation.
Products and prices
Published consumer prices are in euros and include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. A missing price means a quotation is required, not that the product is free. Product photographs may show an installation or accessories: only components expressly listed in the agreed package are included. Check generation, colour and compatibility before ordering. We clarify material errors before agreement; changes to future listings do not retrospectively change a confirmed order.
Payment and delivery
Only payment methods offered and agreed for the specific order apply. We do not ask you to send card details or passwords by email. Delivery charges depend on the product and destination and are disclosed before confirmation. Delivery within Greece is free for a product total above €500 including VAT and after discounts. See “Delivery” for details.
Returns, conformity and safe use
Consumer withdrawal and legal conformity rights are described in “Product returns and replacements”. Manufacturer warranties are additional to statutory rights. Follow the relevant manufacturer's safety, maintenance and charging instructions, including the operating limits for water-sports equipment and batteries. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Website use and personal data
Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its security or operation. Texts, logos and images remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. The Privacy policy, GDPR page and Cookies policy explain personal-data processing; accepting these terms does not constitute blanket consent to advertising or optional cookies.
Complaints and applicable rules
Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Greek law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections, including protections applicable in a consumer's country of habitual residence. Statutory rights to bring proceedings before a competent court remain unaffected. You may consult the EU Consumer Redress portal for dispute-resolution options. Updated terms apply prospectively; confirmed contracts remain governed by the terms agreed for them.
